The exquisite dishes of Sarmathian cuisine perfectly harmonise with the history of the mansion hotel, dating back to the middle of the 19th century. The air-conditioned “Restauracja Sarmacka”, paying tribute to the mansion’s historic character, offers space for 80 guests in a unique ambience with a view over the courtyard, the Lantern of Chocim, and the surrounding park.
